Located just a few steps away from the main street of Victor Harbor with its shops and cafes & a short walk to the major retail and the Victa Theater.

This fabulous, newly renovated beachfront townhouse has superb sea views from the balcony, kitchen, dining and living areas. Large balcony with outdoor setting, alfresco umbrella and BBQ. Modern throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and plumbed water filter. Dining and living area with flat screen TV, DVD player, ipod dock and reverse cycle air conditioner. One queen bedroom upstairs, separate toilet and vanity.

Downstairs features main bedroom with sea views, queen bed, flat screen TV and DVD player. Double access bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet. Third bedroom has a family bunk. Two bedrooms have ceiling fans. Laundry with washing machine, dryer and iron and ironing board. Lockup double garage with remote.

Double lock up enclosed carport and small lawn garden. Garage door is 2m in height.

Lock up your cars if you wish as local restaurants, coffee shops, hotels, Saturday local market, the picture theater and shops are within minutes walk.

Located opposite the Memorial Gardens Reserve, cross the road for a walk along the beach.
Walk to the Causeway and take the horse drawn tram or walk to Granite Island.

Ride the popular Cockle train to historic Goolwa or ride the Bike trail from The Bluff to Goolwa.

Beautiful walking trails and golf courses a few minutes away.

Enjoy the Fleurieu food trail, McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek wineries and Strathalbyn antiques.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.

filthy with dust and lack of maintenance toilet filthy curtains falling apart dishes not washed properly microwave/stove grill and oven filthy reverse cycle A/C filters and unit needs urgent cleaning before someone gets "ill" form all the dust and what ever else is living in it two dogs next door barking all day and night

Excellent location and value for money
Location was perfect with walking distance to everything. Would be a great summer holiday house, perfect for entertaining. Host communication and check in process was so simple. Great to have garage access. Heater downstairs would be helpful-we did stay at a very cold time of year though and had a baby and a 2 year old so wanted the rooms extra toasty. One blow heater was provided but needed two (one for each bedroom downstairs). Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Nice property in central location
Great location and a really nice property. The beach is over the road and a short walk to the causeway, shops and cafes. The living area is very light, warm and sunny with a great ocean view. The downstairs is nice, but only a small heater to try and warm the bedroom. The large bath, washing machine, dryer and garage were all really good.

Great Views, lovely Location
The bed was awful, thank god we were not there to sleep. The views were lovely, the sail boats came out and we spent the whole afternoon watching, eating and drinking. We said it was our anniversary, and while it states you can ask for a late check out, none was offered, no bubbly, nothing. As stated before, location , location, location. Beautiful, but that master bedroom bed needs to go, how old and lumpy is it. A good nights sleep would have been good, but I guess we weren't their to sleep.

Lovely beachfront house
My partner and I stayed for a lovely beachside escape. The property is in an exceptional location and has lovely views out to the ocean. Our only downside was the property was a little dirty. The floors were not properly vacuumed and mopped, there were strays hairs still around in the bathroom, and the majority of the dishes were not appropriately cleaned. Thankfully cleaning supplies were available and once we gave the place a tidy it was a wonderful time. This is a lovely property and we would happily stay again, we just wish the cleanliness was a little better

AWESOME EASTER BREAK
The property was very secure, all kitchen utensils that we needed were supplied, awesome view and within walking distance to city centre, granite island. It was only myself and my teenager who stayed, so ample room for us, but I would highly recommend this property for a family of 4-5.

Good Location....but
Property is well located and was very comfortable for our family of 4. Well suited to an extended stay in Victor Harbor. However it appeared the accommodation was poorly cleaned prior to our arrival with the previous guests towels still in the bath. Disappointing.
