The well-equipped kitchen includes a modern fridge/freezer, Miele dishwasher & oven, microwave, gas cooktop, and a coffee machine.
Enjoy chatting with the cook at the kitchen bench or relax on the comfy lounge in the family room with your feet up watching TV.
The eight-seater dining table has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy long dinner parties or easy late breakfasts.
Later you can retire to the front lounge for the evening and enjoy a movie on the cinema quality smart TV. At least one of you might fall asleep on the large modular lounge.
The outdoor undercover timber deck with furniture and a Weber BBQ has a second fridge for keeping your favourite beverage or snack cool in easy reach for a lazy summer afternoon.
A very important aspect of this house is the comfortable beds. Your host has invested in orthopaedic luxury, especially the king-sized bed in the master bedroom. With the ceiling fan, spacious wardrobe and wall art it’s a most relaxing room.
Bedroom two has a well-appointed queen size bed, ceiling fan (as do all the bedrooms) and robe.
Bedroom three has the most beautiful natural light with a queen bed which is perfect for relaxing well into the day reading.
Bedroom four is a quaint small room with two single beds for your children to sleep soundly and safely near you.
The modern bathrooms include a separate bath for long hot soaks and separate showers with excellent water pressure, even underfloor heating in the main bathroom!
Separate toilets and vanities make life much easier for large families.
The separate laundry lets you set the wash, close the door, and forget.
The large, landscaped backyard is fully fenced for children and pets. Play cricket or badminton or just take in the sunshine lazing on the grass. Front and back areas can be gated off separately and parking is available for 4 vehicles in the long driveway. There is an outdoor, hot shower for rinsing off after a lazy day at the beach. The beach is an easy 5-minute walk from home.
