"The view and the upper floor are nice and were handed over in a clean state. Street parking is available infront of the property. However on the 5th day of our stay, we got a realy nasty surprise. After it had rained a bit during the night, the sewage started pressing up through the showers and toilets on the ground floor. This meant that a horrendous odor was spreading throughout the house. "The location was fun and convenient. The property manager was very responsive which was very helpful. However, the house is in a very bad maintenance condition and needs significant remediation to justify the luxury narrative in the listing. Doors and windows did not work, the septic system caused smells and hassle, and the pool needed more frequent cleaning. We really enjoyed the holiday due to the charm of the area but there was a maintenance hassle every day of the two weeks."

"To start off, we had a late arrival to the property; working with Stella at the front desk, she made our arrival seamless and easy (they do not have a 24 hour front desk). The location of the property could not be any more picturesque and the location to the town and local beach makes it feel like everything is right in your very own backyard.
