Villa Cicala is a lovely Tuscan villa located in the Florence area of Tuscany. The villa lies close to Borgo San Lorenzo (4 km), where you can find food shops and restaurants, and only 35 km from the city of Florence with all its attractions. The villa is in a quiet area but there are plenty of activities to enjoy nearby including canoeing, sailing, and windsurfing on Lake Bilancino and golf at the Poggio dei Medici Golf Club.

Villa Cicala (360 sqm) develops over two levels.

On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall that leads to a living room (with sofas and chairs), dining room (with tables seating 16) and a well-equipped kitchen (with gas hob: 4 burners, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker). On this level, there are also two double bedrooms (with double beds), one single bedroom (with French-size bed), one bathroom (with shower) and one guest bathroom (with toilet).

On the first floor, you will find a hallway/living room (with sofa), four double bedrooms (with double beds), one triple bedroom (with double bed and single bed), one bathroom (with shower, bath, and washing machine) and one bathroom (with shower).

Outside, you will find a large, terraced garden (4000 sqm) featuring a private swimming pool (12m x 6m; depth 1.45m; open 1 May to 30 September) with a sun terrace area (with sun loungers), a shady outdoor dining area (with barbecue) and private parking.
