## Space
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the ‘Le Clos Saint-Brice’ residence in Vias Plage, this cosy 38 m² air-conditioned house is ideal for family holidays, combining comfort and tranquillity.

The ground floor comprises an air-conditioned living room with a comfortable sofa, a convivial dining table and a fully equipped kitchen to cater for all your needs. There is also a bathroom with shower cubicle and WC for added convenience. A washing machine is available in the garage, providing ideal storage space for your bikes and other equipment.

Upstairs, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms. The first has a double bed (140x200 cm) for maximum comfort. The second bedroom is cleverly arranged with a double bunk bed (140x200 cm) and two single beds (90x190 cm), ideal for children.

For extra sleeping space, a sofa bed (140x190 cm) is also available in the living area.

The perfect setting for a relaxing holiday, where every space has been designed for your comfort and that of your family.

The flat has a parking space directly in front of the garage.

This typical Occitan village nestling in a remarkable natural area is a modern and dynamic seaside resort. Vias is an ideal destination for a family holiday.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

## Neighborhood
The house is located in a private, secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.

## Transit
By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of 200 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 84 € TTC.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys.
Youth groups are not accepted.
Pets are welcome in this accommodation with an additional fee of €40 per stay.
