You will be staying in a 6-room house that spans across 280 m2 over 3 levels. The house features a bright, very modern, and stylish decor. On the ground floor, there is a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, cable TV, radio, and a hi-fi system. This room leads out to a terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table, and it also has access to the terrace. There is a separate guest toilet on this level. The house utilizes solar energy for heating. On the upper floor, accessed via an open staircase, you will find one room with a dressing room, a shower, and a toilet. This room has access to a balcony. Another room on this floor features a bed (160 cm, length 190 cm) and cable TV, with access to a balcony. There are two additional rooms, each with a French bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), and both rooms have access to the balcony. This level also includes a bathroom with a shower. The property boasts two balconies measuring 12 m2 each, a partially roofed terrace of 20 m2, and another terrace of 15 m2, all with terrace furniture, a barbecue, deck chairs, and a storage room. The house offers views of the mountains.
