The baby stair gate was broken however it was not a problem as we kept the door shut to the bedrooms. There are several light bulbs which need replacing. "We stayed here for a week during the first week of July and had a wonderful time in this beautiful secluded chatel set in the mountains above Morzine. "If you want the best view of Mount Blanc and privacy then this is the place for you. We loved this place. It was higher than the other villas and came with character and history. A great place for a get-together with friends and family. You do need a car."

"Overall our stay was very enjoyable the chalet was very well equipped and spacious and the hot tub and pool table were a great addition . However, it would have been helpful to have some information relating to use of some of the appliances. We arrived early evening and were not given any introduction as the owner had left. After an 8 hour drive it would have been nice to have had some basic supplies as is normal for this type of property however, we had to go straight out again to find a shop....

"We really enjoyed our stay in Lamoura. The property is beautifully decorated and well appointed and there was a lot to do in the area, including running, cycling and swimming. The large garage was invaluable on rainy days for entertaining the kids and drying washing. My only gripe was the lack of transparency about linen hire, cleaning charges and the need for a 500 euro deposit, neither of which were mentioned in the listing, meaning I didn't bring a cheque book and had to sort it all out...

"The chalet is beautiful, clean and modern! The location is remote with a gorgeous view! In the summer You can walk 20 min to the Relais, a great place for kids, playground, animals, restaurant and a view . The only thing missing is an outdoor terrace in the summer.
