"The hotel and staff were great however when we stayed it was exstremly warm 31 deg C. The rooms do not have air con and the only thing we could do was open the window whichthen meant our room would settle at 31 deg C. As it was cooler on the night we left the window open but we got a lot of noise from the train station. All in all yes we would stay there again as the staff were great and hotel spotless."

"The property was lovely and we had a stunning view of the garden and lake from our balcony. The main patio off reception is gorgeous with seating areas and a fire - which was a bonus as it was chilly. The property is right on the promenade that takes you to the main strip. It's about a 10 minute walk along the promenade but the walk is beautiful next to the lake. "

"Lovely, extremely comfortable & great central location. Family run and it shows in the excellent service & upkeep of the hotel. One suggestion: foldable luggage racks for the rooms would be a big help!"
