"Bearing in mind that it was a Youth Hostel and not a hotel, we were very happy with our accomodation. The room was large and had a fridge which was a big plus for us. The beds were comfortable and everything in the en-suite bathroom worked well. The only downside was a lack of electrical sockets - there were two in the room and the fridge had to be plugged into one of them but we managed by charging a power bank when we were out and using that to charge mobile phones. "The breakfasts were delicious and very filling. The owner could not have been nicer to us. Quiet and peaceful as well. Linens were nice and soft. Right next to Rebild National Park."

"Nice little room with coded doors so no office was necessary. Arriving late would never be an issue. Decent size bathroom and shower. Finding the hotel (behind the building) took a minute as the gps brings you out front where there is no access. Not handicapped accessible as there is a metal staircase to traverse. Would def stay again."

"No communication once we booked, so not told how to check in. Kind gentlemen in restaurant eventually helped us out. An email would have been helpful. Comfortable room and beds. Kitchen had no utensils at all. "

"The hotel was close by to everything I needed from transport to shops to dining. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly and patient with me as I don’t speak English also as I suffer from anxiety I had a few moments where I needed some help and confirmation on things. The room I had was the junior suite and it was clean and tidy, a little warm however you can request for adjustments in the room temperature as I was only sleeping in there I didn’t really want to bother them. Breakfast was plenty full and much choice, from cereals to continental to cooked food even ginger shots, juices and coffee and tea. Coffee was magnificent I must say. If I ever visit Aalborg again this hotel will be my choice to stay again. "
