Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und bietet Rasenflächen und Blumenecken. Das Haus ist alt, d.h. die Türen sind niedrig (etwa 1,75m) und die Decken tiefer als normal. Die Treppe von oben ist steil, aber breit. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll dekoriert und Haus und Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Dusche ist etwas eng, Lage top!"
