Very quiet but within a 10 minute walk to the bustling town square and Roman village. So many villages to explore within 40 minutes of the home. "We were 2 grandparents with our 2 children and their partners plus 4 grandchildren aged 10-16. We had a lovely holiday in this beautiful property with wonderful views. Very well equipped - a minor issue was just five fans for 6 bedrooms. We felt the description didn't do justice to the actual facilities and nearly didn't choose the property as we thought the bathroom arrangements wouldn't meet our requirements. They were actually perfect. One small point - the pool was brilliant and thoroughly enjoyed by the younger members of the family but for the older less mobile members a small step arrangement with handrail would have been helpful. It was a wonderful holiday in lovely surroundings. Thank you Jacky and Muriel. "

"10 of us stayed here for an extended-family holiday. Ideal space so one family with young children were almost self contained at nighttime. We had no problem with the road noise that previous reviews mentioned. Enough bathrooms, plenty of cutlery and dishes for 10. Beds comfortable. Lovely garden with lots of space and perfect pool. Our granddaughter learnt to swim this week - no floats! Table tennis table in v good condition. Owner very helpful in all contacts and instructions. Would love to come again Valreas a bit off the tourist route but good because of that. Great cycling area and so many vineyards!"
