"I would’ve given it 5 stars for staff helpful and friendliness but today I asked a young man if someone could please bring my suitcase down I was using one of my 2 crutches and was shattered just walking with my handbag. He said to me is the lift not working and then can’t you do it yourself! Every other member of staff were fantastic helped me in and out on my mobility scooter which they let me leave charging in their cloakroom. "Close enough to city and rail station, spacious room and good ensuite, but a warren, takes two different lifts with a walk in between to reach third floor. Great sauna, but pool is very small. Terrible coffee."

"Lovely hotel, stylish mid-20th century look on the outside, room inside very up to date, with under-floor heating, walk-in shower, very comfortable bed. All very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location, just a short walk from the coast path and beach. Meals in the restaurant were excellent and reasonably priced."
