"Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Teenagern und hatten das Apartment gebucht, um eine Woche lang in Chamonix Ski zu fahren. Bereits beim Eintritt in das Chalet fiel uns ein eigenartiger Geruch auf. Beim Verräumen stellten wir fest, dass an vier von fünf Fensterbänken bzw. der Laibung schwarzer Schimmel vorhanden war. Im Bad zeigte ein Großteil der sichtbaren Fußleisten starken Schimmelbefall. Das Bad hat keine Heizung und auch keine separate Lüftungseinrichtung, dafür aber viel Holzvertäfelung....

Un seul regret: le lave- vaisselle qui nettoyait très mal, voire pas du tout, et dont le panier supérieur était cassé. "Fairly new apartment in a good location. Well appointed and clean (except the garbage was not taken out when we arrived!). The building elevator was broken and the parkade was flooded during our time there. Walking distance to downtown and parking was adequate. Lovely views from the balcony! The lady at check in was late meeting us and promised to bring coffee pods which was not followed through. Overall a lovely stay!"

Oven not working. Toilet seat broken etc, etc. We book already accommodations for more than 20 years, this has been the worst ever."
