"This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of the city - walkable to most attractions but also transport links easily available. We got a room upgrade and arrived at night to find that our balcony was facing the magnificent Parliament building!!! Magical!! Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff at the hotel were excellent and couldn’t do enough for you. I would highly recommend this hotel and this beautiful city!! "

"There was no closet in the room, the room was small, the passages between the bed and the wall were cramped, and getting to the bathroom at night was inconvenient. The shower was excellent, there was no microwave in the room"

"Room was clean, modern and comfortable. No tea/coffee making facilities but free drinks in mini bar on arrival. I arrived early and was able to check in straight away. Really great location close to St Stephen’s Basilica. "

"A lovely hotel with helpful staff and a great location but it’s I’m a frequent solo traveller (once a month to Europe) and I’ve never known a hotel not provide free water in the room. When you travel as much as I do you start to pick up on things like that! "
