"Nice hotel in great location with excellent service. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Metro station is across the street. Breakfast buffet was far above America hotel standards and a great value. Staff did a nice job tidying the room every day, making the beds and replacing linens, something US hotels hardly bother to do any longer."

"We loved this hotel especially the view. The room was a bit snug and the washroom shower would always have water coming out on the floor. We had to layer towels next to the door. But overall a great hotel, with a great bar at the lobby with good music. "

"We’ve been travelling through London and Paris for two weeks and this was my favourite hotel of all. We booked an Eiffel Tower view and were on the 6th floor. Despite thinking we would just get a glimpse of the top, we got a stunning view, which was even more beautiful at night when it was all lit up. The room was really spacious, with a kitchenette and desk area. There is a laundry (pay per use) at the hotel as well which was great. Shower was great. Walkable to lots of major sight-seeing places, and you couldn’t be closer to the metro - it’s right outside the door. Because of this, there is a little train noise when the window is open, but being winter our windows were mostly shut so this didn’t bother us at all. "

"Can not say enough great things about this hotel. After arriving in Paris as a solo female traveller, my first hotel was very unsafe and extremely dirty. I then booked CitizenM and headed there. The staff was super helpful and kind, my room was adorable and very clean. The hotel is only a few minute walk away from the Metro and RER, and felt very safe walking in that area alone at night. There are some cafes, restaurants, a pharmacy and a mall also within walking distance. My checkout was at 11am but my flight wasn't until 9pm, the hotel held my bags for me for the day. "
