"Great courteous genuine host. Wonderful village atmosphere to live with kids. More of a farm experience. Few downside worth to mention 1. Far away from locality with steep hill to get there and road condition is very poor easily damage car underbody if one is not careful. 2. Due to that, once you are there you are pretty much locked and spend most of the time in n and around property as nothing else is nearby. 3. "Notre hôte a été très accommodante. Ils font tout pour nous rendre l'expérience agréable et le restaurant est super. C'est une propriété qui a du charme, un peu vieillot la chambre, il ne manquait qu'un petit frigidaire pour de l'eau ou autres boissons mais sinon vraiment charmant. Il faut vivre l'expérience agri touristique et La Burlanda est l'endroit parfait pour cela. Merci beaucoup à toute l'équipe "

"High in the hills and cooler as a result thankfully as we came from Rome where it was 38 degrees. Pool lovely. Setting beautiful. Car vital. Hosts delightful. We’d come back we loved it so much. Food at restaurant around corner is really good value and excellent. We took train to Lucca for the day once which made a nice day out."

"Property itself was ultra clean and the staff were amazing. The building is a little dated but perfectly functional. Unfortunately, the drawback of the area is that the beaches are mostly fully reserved for the entire season by Italians from the city and so it is almost impossible to get a place in any of the beaches even or of peak season"
