"Great location for our family ski trip. The hotel has an agreement with a lovely ski hire shop which is fabulous as we could leave our ski's and boots there every day, it made such a difference to our trip. We used the pool daily, it was lovely after a day on the slopes. You have to book one hour slots for the pool which works well as it is never too busy."

"Cogne is simply beautiful. Small enough to be charming, big enough to stay busy and entertained. The Chateau Royal was a great home base. Centrally located, comfortable and we'll equipped. We originally booked two nights but added two more as it was such a great village with so much to do. "The garage is great especially on a snowy winter day. but the check in process was a big issue. We came around 7pm, which is within the timeline specified on Expedia. however, no one was there.. we tried to call and message, no response for 30mins. It was a snowy day and its dark and we haven't eaten. So we went to the only restaurant open in town to grab a bite while contacting Expedia for a solution. Expedia finally get in touch with the owner, however, we were demanded to go back to check...
