"House was nice and we enjoyed our time there. Deer greeted us morning and evening and walked right to us, kids loved it. Location was great for our skiing trip. The drive way was super steep and was a problem for a flat lander like me and my minivan. That was the biggest area of concern for us. "

"We were in the area to visit both colleges and Shenandoah National Park. The location made it the perfect place to do both. The cottage is charming with modern updates and unique little features that made it easy to relax. The owners were very quick to respond to our questions and made us feel incredibly welcome."

"We went up for the weekend and the house was absolutely perfect. The rooms were exactly as described, which can be a little hit and miss with listings!Everything was clean and easy to find. Plenty of room for everyone. This listing allows pets but you cannot tell. There is no odor, no hair ect. Which some in our party are sensitive to. I would bring tupperware, ZIP lock bags if you like to prepare meals during your stays. "

"Very nice space, especially for the price point. A few downed trees in the back yard that could be cleaned up but didnt hinder our enjoyment! Nice quiet neighborhood with relatively dark skies to enjoy and photograph the lunar eclipse. "

"Nice little getaway not too far from everything. It was nice to unplug and relax for a few days. Dry river is VERY close would be awesome in late spring early summer if you want a "basecamp" to fish for Brook Trout. A couple really nice deep fishing holes a short walk from the cabin. Had a blast and would definitely stay again."

"This place was amazing!! We came here to celebrate my best friend’s 30th birthday and it was the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend away. Everything was so cozy and there were plenty of places for everyone to hangout together. The hot tub and the fire pit were the perfect touch!We never got the chance to use the game room, but I wish we had!There are a ton of wineries within 25ish minutes from the property, so we did our own wine trail and it was so much fun. "We had a group of 4 of us ladies that booked a weekend getaway at Wintergreen so we could relax and hit up the local wineries! Check in/check out was a breeze and communication with Diana couldn't have been smoother, she was very responsive! The home was spotless and cozy in every way! Location was perfect, nestled right in the mountains of wintergreen but accessible and close to all our favorite winery spots! Wintergreen resort which is only a 2 minute drive had a wonderful breakfast spot...
