Vero Beach / Sebastian Beach House with Private Beach Access

Secluded 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach cottage with private ocean beach access and nestled among the oaks in Summerplace, located on peaceful Orchid Island. A short block and a half walk (8 houses) along a seashell road to private deeded beach access. In close proximity to historic Jungle Trail, Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge, Vero Beach shopping and dining district and Disney’s Vero Beach Resort. The area offers excellent surfing, kayaking, and fishing all around.

Fully remodeled, 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage with wood floors throughout and pecky cypress walls and ceilings. Outdoor living areas include 2 covered porches and a large open back deck. Large master bedroom with private bathroom, walk in closet, and a king size bed. Second bedroom features a queen size bed and private bathroom. There are two full size sofa beds located in the living room and family room. The dining room features a large, custom built-in banquette that seats up to 10 people. The new open floor plan kitchen overlooks the Family room, which includes a seating area surrounding the fireplace. Living room hosts comfortable seating around a 50” wall mounted flat screen TV. Outdoor shower.

The Little Beach House with Big Charm
We stayed at The Beach House for a short visit and we hope to be back soon. The house was charmingly 'beachy', had all the comforts of home - clean and comfortable. I'm a person who never sleeps through the night - but I did here. Location was perfect - Loved that it was right across the street from the beach. Hosts communicated almost instantly - Highly Recommend.

We had a great time staying at this quaint bungalow. It was the perfect size for our family. Just a short walk to the beach with private access. The mosquitos at the house were a bit much even with bug spray. The area was quiet and relaxing with just a short drive to areas with more activity. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was quaint and decorated beautifully. The bike trails through the Jungle trails were fun, kayaking was amazing through the mangroves. Our month on Orchid Island was perfect. So many memories. They were working on the beaches so a little noisy.

Perfect Beach Getaway
This was the perfect vacation location for us while visiting family in the area. It reminds us of the Florida beach bungalows we watched in movies. It is much larger than we expected, accommodating all 7 of us easily. It is surrounded by tropical landscapes from the house to the short walk to the private beach. The house was clean and stocked for what we would need throughout our stay. The backyard had a nice sandy outdoor area for cooking out and relaxing. The owners responded promptly from the time of our reservation until our checkout. We will definitely use this place again.

It was in a quiet area, short walk to the beach, friendly neighbors, variety of beach accessories and carts to transport to the beach, close to a number of wildlife preserves. We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was in good repair, had a variety of pots and pans, nice outside sitting areas. Could use some drawers in the 2nd bedroom.

The Beach House was wonderful!
This is such a cool property. Everything you need for a relaxing week is included in this beautifully vintage home. The private beach is a short walk away (we had the beach to ourselves 80% of the time we were there). The weather was absolutely perfect. The owner was very responsive. All in all a fantastic vacation. Highly recommend.

Great Retreat!
My boyfriend and I were pleasantly surprised to find the cottage stocked with nearly everything we could need. There was seasonings, coffee, pots and pans. Board games, books, tv. I could go on with all the amenities but trust me when I say you cannot go wrong with this place. I raved about the shower because the water pressure was just awesome! We had fire in the back yard, grilled out, and the walk to the beach was very doable. The next time we come to the Vero Beach area we will return here!

Verdant oasis
So happy to have found this gem on Orchid Island. Front porch swing and rocking chairs were perfect for greeting friendly neighbors, back deck and fire pit provided private sanctuary for al fresco dining and evening chats. House was well equipped and well-supplied with essentials. Close to beach, restaurants, and wildlife refuge areas. Great location; lovely trees and shrubbery all around. Highly recommended!

We would love to come back!
This cozy and spacious 2 bedroom beach cottage was the only place I have rented in Florida that my husband and I would love to come back to over and over. The location is superb! We slept so well in the comfy king bed. There is so much to see and do in laid back Vero Beach. Our morning walks to see the sunrise and collect shells as we walked along the shore were perfect and uplifting to our souls. We needed to slow down and enjoy what God has made. We stayed nine nights and we were sad to say goodbye for now. Thank you for having us! The cottage had everything we needed and more.
