Just a walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping
Had a great time. For future guests i highly Riverside Cafe. It has great food, live music, and the best place to watch the sunsets. Its just 1 mile away.

Chuck’s property was the perfect weekend getaway. The description of location, amenities, etc. were all on point! We got lucky with the summer storms coming late in the day & were able to enjoy the pool often. We’d book here again without hesitation!

Backyard utopia
This place is excellent for family with kids. We spent our entire time in backyard. I had a nice jog to the beachfront parks and farmers market on Saturday. I wish we would've stayed longer. The owner is responsive and friendly.

Great House - Perfect Location
We had a great stay in Vero Beach and this house was a big part of it. Great communication with Chuck (the owner), easy check in and immaculate condition got us off to a good start. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and in a perfect location: East of A1A and a very short walk or easy bike ride to the beach and Ocean Drive. The house is nicely furnished, kitchen has all new appliances, backyard is very private and the pool is great. Highly recommended!

This is a older home nicely renovated. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to beach. Nearby nice dining as well. Only improvement to property I would suggest and would be helpful to older guests is a assist bar getting in and out of the pool would be helpful.

This was the perfect home for our family beach vacation. The kids loved the pool being right out the door. Two blocks from the beach and a few blocks from town makes it easy to walk everywhere.

Great host + property is in a great location - 2 min walk to beach. Property is exactly described/shown in photos. Loved our morning sunrises and beach walks, but pool option was great for younger kids when the ocean was too overwhelming to swim in.

Lovely beach home
The home is really lovely. It's roomy and comfortable. The pool is great as is the sitting areas and tables and chairs under cover. We enjoyed that quite a bit! The beach access is not as one might think. Because we had a fair amount to take to the beach we had to drive to the access. We worked it out however. The listing mentioned a crab pot on site but we never found it if it was there and as we had planned a low country boil we had to buy one. Overall we loved the stay!

Amazing Vacation
This house was fantastic! It was very nicely decorated with modern decor and appliances. It was very clean. The pool was awesome! The kitchen was stocked better than most places I have stayed in. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be returning! My family loved it!

Good location with the comforts of home
It was a nice, well-maintained property with most of what we needed for our beach week. The decor was a little dated in some areas, but not anything concerning for our party. I’m only mentioning it for those who may be more bothered by it. The kitchen and pool were great and we seemed to spend the most time in those areas. My only complaint was that the contract I had to sign strongly discouraged any outdoor activity after 8:47 PM. I’m not sure what the significance of that precise time was but the contract specified no talking or laughing along with a vague mention of anything that might bother the neighbors. I get it. I’m a home owner myself and this may not be an issue for some or if I was visiting in the winter, but in the summer, after the kids are in bed, this is the time to go out in the cool of the evening to chit-chat or enjoy the pool. Also to note, apart from restaurants, most everything in town closes at 5/5:30. I knew Vero would be more low key than some more populated beach communities, and that is why I chose it, but I felt the curfew was a bit extreme and most people would want to know this before they rented the property. 10 PM would have been acceptable. The before dark curfew would keep me from renting in the future and I’m not even a party person.
