The apartment is easily accessible: only 9 steps separate the entrance from the square. It is developed as a mezzanine and has lower ceilings in some areas, a typical architectural element that adds character but should be considered, especially for very tall guests.



The internal spaces are well-organised and functional. The living area features a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and everything necessary to cook with local products. The living room is equipped with a 55" Smart TV and stable Wi-Fi connection, perfect even for those working remotely.



The apartment offers two bedrooms: a double room with sea view and overlooking the square, equipped with air conditioning, and a second, quieter room without a window, fitted with a Dyson Fan. The bathroom, complete with shower and washing machine, is a real strong point thanks to its sea view, a rare and surprising detail.



Mainetta is particularly suitable for families and groups, who will appreciate the spaces and central location, but also for couples looking for a romantic stay, with the square and the sea as a daily backdrop.



Domestic pets



Small dogs are permitted, with a supplement and in compliance with house rules. Dogs must be kept on a leash in common areas, are not allowed on beds and sofas, and must not disturb other guests.

The stay includes a complimentary welcome breakfast for the first day and high-quality essential amenities, such as local extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar, and compostable Nespresso capsules. Professional cleaning, attention to sustainability, and support from the concierge office in Vernazza are guaranteed, open from 9:30 to 18:30 (from mid-March to early November).

In accordance with Italian regulations, identity verification is required before check-in. Guests must communicate their arrival time in advance and complete the online check-in form.
