Quaint 3 bedroom house now with updated beds and regular mattresses.

Newly updated with new queen mattress (not an airmattress) in second bedroom and new twin bed in children's bedroom. New AC mini-split units upstairs and a back deck, this home is located within one block of the county library, county building, and 4 restaurants. It is also located within walking distance of the Utah State Field House/ Dinsoaur Museum and a green park area that is perfect for pet owners. It is within driving distance of the Dinosaur Quarry and Red Fleet and Steinaker state reserviors. There are also 2 rafting companies within a 1 mile radius for rafting trips on the Green River. We do our best to follow current COVID cleaning guidelines for the home and the business. There is ample street parking for vehicles towing trailers (such as UTVs) and additional parking under a carport. The home also has one bedroom set up for families with small children to stay along with two other regular bedrooms and a fenced backyard and play area.

We are very happy with our stay. It was a welcoming home that was clean and comfortable. Just as we expected. The location is great, close to Main Street and yummy restaurants. Our group was attending a retreat at the conference center and this was a perfect home to stay in.

Clean, quiet and great location
Enjoyed our multi-day stay here over the past weekend. The location was perfect for walking to the main street to visit the local shops and restaurants. Very clean, quiet and extremely well appointed with everything you would need for a comfortable night's sleep, making your own meals and relaxing in the back yard.

The house was clearly a home. Everything was set up to be inviting with thoughtful touches of waters next to the bed, bathrobes hung visibly in the master bedroom, cleaning and laundry supplies available. Highly recommend this property especially if with a small family.

Best place wehave wver stayed with small kids! The house is set up so well and is clean and has everything needed for kiddos! The area is also great with the library and 2 museums in walking distance. Also the pizza place right by it had the best gluten free crust Ive ever had.

Perfect location
We were visiting from Colorado with friends to check out the Jeeping in the area. This house was perfect for us. There was ample parking for our truck and trailer, as well as both of our Jeeps. It's close to restaurants (we walked to dinner every night). The home is clean and quiet, with adorable decorations. We would definitely stay here again!

Easy booking , timely emails about arriving and door codes and house rules. The property looks small on the photos but it is very spacious comfortable and well appointed. Quiet neighborhood but easy walking to the Main Street. We would stay again.

My out-of-town family loved their stay at this comfortable home. The immediate impression is that is it clean and fun. The house worked well for three young people, ages 15-17 and two adults. Everyone wants to stay in this property again.

Beautiful Home away from home
My toddler and I arrived late (well after midnight), and was grateful to finally reach our destination. Upon entering the front door, a cute chalk board stand surrounded by children’s art work, welcomed us. Much to my surprise, the house was plenty big with a full length living room area on the back side and the stairway leading upstairs and into a second bathroom and 3 bedrooms. I loved the atosphere and how responsive/helpful Amy was as a host.

It's only a block off one of the main roads but so quiet! We walked up to a farmers market at the library Saturday morning! The house has everything you need for five people! The listing says no kids, but there's a bedroom with a toddler bed and pack & play that's clearly for children, so it's worth checking! Overall, a great place!

We really loved our stay at Amy's house. It was in a great location where we could easily walk to places (museums, coffee), and not too far of a drive to some parks and monuments. The check in and check out process was easy and simple. The house was clean and full of amenities to make you feel right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with things for cooking, there were toys for the kids to play with, and even a playground in the fenced in backyard. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Cute house, everything you would need. Clean and well organized. We were a little disappointed with the sleeping arrangements. The main bedroom and bed were great, but the bed in the second bedroom was not nearly as nice and 1 if our guests had to sleep on the couch. I would have given this place a 5 star had it not been for that.

Immaculate, friendly rental set up with the renter in mind rather than as an after-thought. All around, one of the nicest VRBO experiences I have had. I was there solo, but the house could easily accomodate a family. Everything you need is clearly presented and labeled. Quiet at night but walking distance to eateries. I cooked in, and the kitchen had everything I needed. I felt like a guest who had been handed the keys. Part of that was the excellent and fast communication with the owner, Amy. Absolutely would stay here again.
