Beautiful Split Mountain house rental

Our home is spacious and clean with decorated rooms to fit every style. It is comfortably furnished, and inviting! Our home has 2 large gathering spaces to accommodate our guests, 4 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full-size kitchen with dining area, fridge, sink, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a deck with views of surrounding Mountains, access to a laundry room with washer and dryer, High speed internet, flat screen television with Roku, and plenty of parking space.
Expect to find a supply of linens and toiletries in the bathrooms, and a basic supply of items in the kitchen cupboards.
There is an on demand hot water heater, a furnace to heat in the winter and central air conditioning to keep the space cool in the summer.
This is a split-level unit and this listing includes access to the top portion of the home. The bottom portion of the rental is rented separately.

Very nice stay
We had a great time. The house was a good distance from Dinosaurland and we like being a little outside of Vernal. Cleans property and friendly, helpful property manager. A little more avaliable supplies would have been nice but overall it was a great place to stay.

Quiet, beautiful sunsets and perfect location!
What a great home just outside of Vernal toward Dinosaur National Monument. 10 to 15 minutes to Vernal and 15 to the entrance of Dinosaur. Kitchen was well appointed, there is a sitting room as well as a living room with TV, which was nice for those who wanted to watch tv and those who just wanted to chat. The master was spacious with a king bed and en suite bathroom with a soaking tub! The other bedrooms shared one bathroom, which worked fine for us. There’s a deck off the back door and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets. The area is quiet with a gas station/convenience store as you turn off the highway. There are others staying/living below, but that was not a bother to us at all. I thought the property only had 3 bedrooms but was pleasantly surprised to find four bedrooms upon arrival. We came in the spring a needed bug spray in the morning and at dusk, lots of mosquitoes so be aware of that. I would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the little extra special touches, like the local dinning guide, made us feel welcomed! Beautiful well cared for property
What a great place to stay. It was lovely and roomy. A/C worked great and kept it cool on hot days. Host was excellent at answering any communications almost instantly. Loved the What to do brochures and the dining guide. Nice outside seating and kitchen had all the tools we needed. Thank you for an excellent stay.

Having visited Dinosaur National Monument a few times, I cannot imagine a better base camp to use for accessing the park and the surrounding area! Everything about the home was great and access to the park could not have been easier (outside of camping in the park).

Great stay for a family reunion
This property met all of our expectations for a family reunion. Nice bedrooms, an air conditioner that kept us cool, lovely open areas to visit and a great deck to enjoy the spectacular sunsets. Vernal has lots of fun places to visit and great food to eat. We really enjoyed our stay.

Vernal, UT vacation
We spent two nights at this home and found it clean and comfortable. The location is quiet with good views in all directions and it was close to both the Dinosaur National Monument and Dinosaur museum. I would stay there again when in the area. There is a second rental property on the lower level but all was quiet during our stay. Plenty of parking for the three vehicles we had.

I liked the location to the Park, and it was not too far from the town to get the groceries (15 minutes) - found the back roads. We also explored the Moonshine Arch and other hiking around the area. the kitchen is well stocked except for an ice tray and container - we had to buy ice at the Sinclair down the street.

The listing says that air conditioner units are in bedroom windows, so we were delighted that central air had been installed! Everything was very nice, modern. My son said he wanted to stay there rather than be in our own house!

Wonderful stay near Dinosaur National Monument
On our extended trip, we stayed at several places, and this was my family's favorite place that we stayed. We loved the location and the beautiful views from the back deck, and our family enjoyed having 4 bedrooms. We would stay here again very gladly. It is very good for people like us that have pet allergies, as pets are not allowed.

Perfect place
The Split Mountain House was perfect for our needs. It is spacious, nicely decorated, quiet and a perfect location. It is outside of Vernal and closer to Dinosaur National Monument where we spent most of our time. With 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen, dining area and living room, this would be great for a family. We highly recommend it.
