"Katharina is a great hostess, she gave us some wonderful recommendations during our stay. Our room was very comfortable and clean, even a sheet to sleep under, not just a duvet. You could make your own coffee, tea or hot chocolate and there were water bottles in the fridge. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Delicious fresh fruit salad and a large selection of cooked and cold food. We would most certainly stay here again."

"The hotel suffers an identity crisis. It positions itself as holiday resort but is actually mode a conference/events centre. Very noisy and not so classy neighbours disturbed our afternoon rest as well as late night sleep. I pity anyone who thought they could relax there in the evening because there were two noisy disco booming functions till midnight. The old world charm is no longer for this destination."

"Travelling the Garden Route from PE to Cape Town. Travelling as a couple we wanted accommodation that we make full use of all the facilities, and catch up on our washing. Sarah the owner really took care of all our needs and organised all our surfing lessons and a very special whale boat trip to see the southern wright whales.
