"We had a great weekend at Stargazer Haven with extended family. Kate has done a great job updating the house. There were tons of comfortable beds, kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc., and there were some nice extras—pickleball paddles, mini golf clubs, chalk, etc. This is a great home for families on a quiet street. The location couldn’t be better—close to the lake and downtown area. Kate was really helpful when we had questions. We highly recommend this home. "

"The cottage was perfectly clean and quiet. It had a cozy feel but was much more spacious than a hotel room, so it was nice to be able to spread out. Our host provided all the details we might need such as wine glasses, plates, silverware, tissues, a selection of movies, and a nice coffee maker. Contactless checking was a breeze, light switches were thoughtfully labeled, we could control the thermostat, and how nice to watch the goats while we drank our coffee in the morning."

"I highly recommend a stay at "Lovely Lakeside"! Everything was exactly as advertised--or better! The location is perfect--a quick walk to the lake, The Patio, and everything else downtown. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed having two separate living areas for a group of six adults and one toddler. "This was my first time using Vrbo, so I wasnt sure about the check in process. I was expecting someone to meet me there and give me a key, but I eventually figured it out. It was a bit chilly in the cottage. I found the breaker box and flipped on the baseboard heat just for a short time. The cottage was clean and very well cared for. We enjoyed ecploring the area. My sister and I enjoyed our time together. Remember to take sheets. We also brought our own towels."

"The cottage is in a great location in Lakeside, part of the Marblehead community. Being there in October felt like being in a different world. It was peaceful and quiet. We were within walking distance of a coffee shop and a few stores which were still open. The cottage is tastefully decorated and met all of our basic needs. The bathroom was small, but workable for a short weekend. Overall a good place to retreat for a weekend."

"The cottage was very clean and convenient to all the Lakeside fun, without blocks and blocks of walking. The owners are in the house next door and truly could not have been kinder or more helpful. The only slight drawback was that the AC was window units in the living area and the master bedroom. The second bedroom was quite warm, especially with the morning sun coming through the block window. We got some fans and were good. Of course, the best part was being able to bring our beloved pup!"
