"This apartment is very modern, comfortable, clean, and well taken care of. The location is great. It's only two blocks from the main square and it's right in the middle of an area with some of the best restaurants in Yerevan, lots of nearby cafes, etc. The area is very active and lively during the day and especially at night. Everything else in the city is walking distance. It was perfect for my 2-week stay. There's also a laundry room on the same floor that's only shared by a few apartments....

"Although the apartment was large in size and the location in Yerevan was awesome, the condition of the apartment was poor. The beds were lacking in linens with no fitted sheets to cover the mattresses and the towels were thread bare. We were deeply longing for the basic comforts of home during our stay. The biggest challenge with the apartment was the constant smell of cigarette smoke. Everything smelled of stale cigarette smoke when we reached our next vacation destination."
