"Travelled to this area many times before. Familiar with properties in the area, many with gravel drives. Add made no mention of the road condition of the driveway. Four adults in a small rental car - took three attempts to get up the initial part of the driveway, each time having to precariously reverse back out. "It was just wonderful. We were looking for a place where we could regain our strength and Le Torricelle gave us a paradise surrounded by nature, kind souls, peacefulness and rest. It is a remote place bathed in sunlight and good air. Whenever we felt the energy to go and explore the surrounding areas, we did not have to go and search far: the sea is reachable within 1 hour by car, beautiful small villages invite to walk and look at all of these old houses and castles and a good coffee is waiting...

"I have to say the view drom the property was great nothing but forrest and bordering the national park.Cuckoos in the morning and evening, Jays, Hares, Wolves, although we did not see any of the wolves as they have been re-introduced to the national park. The road to the place was a bit of a bumpy drive but we got used to it. Bibbiena the nearest town was great that is the old town with several bars and retaurants. Easy asccee to all surounding towns and places to see, great location. Visted...

"We have spend almost 8 weeks in thuis house and it was wonderfull. Beautifull house, great hostess, wonderfull nature and a picturesque village with a great restaurant. It is so quiet, the online sound you hear are the birds. What more can you ask for? Laura and Daniella are perfect hostesses, they made us feel very much at home. The house is perfect to visit Tuscany (car needed!), supermarket at 15 min drive. The garden is wonderfull for relaxing with the swimming pool and jacuzzi. I would...

"Frederica was a fantastic host with so much knowledge of the area and her beautiful 1500s fully renovated farmhouse. The pool.was lovely to relax by and our breakfast was as charming as our apartment. The area is absolutely beautiful and we could have spent a few more days exploring all the little towns. We are hoping to return again one day and would love to stay with Frederica again!"

"We had a relaxing visit to this amazing Villa! Alessio and his family were so welcoming and enjoyable! The villa was ideal for our group and we had a wonderful pizza night with Alessio's mother, Catia! We also had a local chef, Linda, come in and teach us how to make local cuisine of pasta and raviloi!"

"The property was exactly as listed - beautiful scenery and far away from neighbours so that you feel comfortable in your own bubble. Due to heavy storms we had a couple of issues with cloudy water and power going out, but the only thing outside of the hosts abilities was changing the weather! Whenever the power went Chiara and Davide came to our aid instantly and were nothing short of understanding and amazing every time. Cannot recommend this villa and host enough. 15/10."

"Chiara hosted our wedding weekend. I can not stress enough that pictures on here don't do the property justice. It is one of the most spectacular villas we have ever seen. Chiara (the host) is so lovely and very attentive. The place it swlf has got so much space, so much offer and is so wonderful, we're hoping to go back for our 10 year anniversary."
