Our home is the perfect Lake, Foliage, Honeymoon/Romantic, Ski, Spring & Fishing Escape! Amazing 250' prime Lake Champlain waterfront luxurious with great swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, skiing and close to everything you might want to get out and explore from foliage to apple picking, cider making, Ben & Jerry's Factory tour and lots of great festivals, events and amenities. Hardwood floors and tile on the first floor and tile and brand new Berber on the second floor. Private deck off the master bedroom overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondack mountains with amazing sunsets almost every night. Master bath with Jacuzzi tub overlooking the lake and mountains, 5 skylights, gas insert wood stove, all new appliances and custom cherry cabinets & granite counters throughout. Also a brand new double access deck off the first floor grand room and sun room overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Full recreation room w/pool, ping pong, slide hockey and darts! An enjoyable stay in early May at this well stocked house right on Lake Champlain. Our dog enjoys hiking with us and we found many good places to explore. The canoe was a bonus. Great views. The host was friendly and helpful with recommendations.

Awesome Stay
The host was so friendly and gave us all the information we needed up front so we could prepare for the trip. Our stay was so wonderful, and Barb made sure the entire time we had everything we needed and were comfortable. 10/10 would recommend. Amazing views by the way. Can’t wait yo go back and book again. Perfect escape
This is the ideal escape to the lake. The view is breathtaking from all rooms of the house. Especially loved the two decks! Bed is super comfortable. Barb is a gracious host. We explored a few towns and had delicious food. Highly recommend Mad Taco in Middlebury! We want to come back again amd just hang out in the decks all day!

Enjoyed our stay and the beautiful location!
The house and property were just as advertised and the views from both floors were non-stop beautiful. Our dog loved the lapping of the water right at the end of the hill. It would be even more fun in the summer, I'm sure. The ping pong and pool tables in the basement were a lot of fun on a dreary day. Thank you Barb!

Absolute relaxation!
This property was perfect for our couple's getaway, with our pup! The home is beautiful and you can't beat the gorgeous lakeside views! Barb was so helpful with everything and very communicative. She had lots of great suggestions for our visit. The location is a cute, little town that is close to many sights. We had all the comforts of home and were able to decompress! Hope to return again someday soon!

The house is lovely and the views are stunning! The hospitality of the owner was unmatched! From the welcome basket to the chocolates on the pillows every detail had alot of thought and care put into it. The pool table and ping pong table was enjoyed on a rainy day. Fishing was great! Overall beautiful vacation!!

Is there a better place to be during a surprise record-breaking heatwave than a beautiful house on the lake? My daughter and I enjoyed our midweek trip to this beautiful home were blown away by the views and amenities. The bathtub was relaxing, the bed comfy, the decks huge, and the living room a wonderful place to relax!

Absolutely beautiful place. Coffee on the balcony, listening to the waves. Check in was late but Barb and the property made up for it. We had a great time playing pool and air hockey the 1st night and just exploring and relaxing the second day. Super dog friendly and that guy thoroughly enjoyed the lake and huge yard! Pretty decent food down by the marina!

Picture perfect location on lake, quiet and private, modern fully equipped house with an outside gas firepit, with Adirondack chairs surrounding it,many birds in view off of upper or lower decks,choice of watercraft at docks down trail to lake,friendly host,liked my guitar picking,look forward to returning soon!

Beautiful Lake Champlain View - Welcoming Host
My husband and I spent Christmas 2020 at this comfortable well stocked house with amazing views of Lake Champlain. This house has all the cooking supplies you need. It has an open floor plan, large windows, and comfortable furniture. Barb is a warm and welcoming host and made us feel at home. We look forward to returning!

A great place to unplug and unwind
The house is super clean, well stocked with essentials and comfortable. The outdoor space is serene with plenty of seating options to take in the magnificent views. There are lawn games and kayaks to keep you entertained throughout the day and a pool table, ping pong, darts and board games to enjoy at night. The location can’t be beat and the fact that it’s pet friendly is a big plus for us! Our Lab thoroughly approves! Thanks again for a great stay and we look forward to coming back soon!

Wonderful Romantic AND Romantic Hideaway w/Fishing!
This place was a dream come true! The home itself is perfectly comfortable with so many amenities. Our hosts were the most awesome dog people, accommodating our pup so well. The bed was so comfy too! But the best part was the fishing in front of the house! 7lb bass and 20lb channel cats can be easily caught from shore! The number of fish we caught was amazing. We will definitely return!

Beautiful property, well maintained. The hosts were incredibly gracious. There was a welcome basket and they surprised us with an anniversary surprise of chocolate and Prosecco. They couldn’t be nicer. The views are gorgeous from almost every room in the house! Loved the jacuzzi tub! Our dogs were very happy and we really appreciate a true dog friendly vacation spot! They loved watching birds and squirrels out all of the windows. We just wish we had more time!

Lovely quiet spot
Barb was great in being flexible about our arrival time because of the road conditions slowing us down. She was there waiting for us to extend her welcoming hospitality. We arrived after dark in a snowstorm. It was lovely to wake up in the morning and see the beautiful view first thing. Barb is very attentive to communication and thorough in the information she gives. It was a great quiet place for my husband and I to spend a couple of days celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary. We also enjoyed the game room downstairs for some fun, friendly competition! Of note - there was dog hair in the home (probably from a previous guest), so if you are allergic or have issues with that it wouldn't be the place for you. And if going in the winter, AWD is advisable.

Lovely Retreat
We really enjoyed our time at the property. There were a few minor issues. The lawn wasn't mowed and the path to the water wasn't extremely well-maintained. We also noticed a lot of dust and cobwebs on the doors and windows throughout the house. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves. Barb was extremely kind and helpful. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the amenities are unbeatable. A wonderful place to rest and relax. The listing photos should be updated because they do not do this property justice. It is just beautiful.
