This comfortable apartment enjoys a panoramic and sunny position on the hills of Verbania.
Located in the attic of a charming villa surrounded by a garden, this cozy 75 sqm apartment. openspace is equipped with every comfort, an independent entrance and an internal parking.
You can admire the lake and its islands from the terrace, equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs.
The garden is equipped with a 'swing for children, a' umbrella. chairs, deckchairs and barbecue.
The very spacious bathroom has a separate shower cubicle and a spa bath.
The atmosphere in the double bedroom is very intimate.

Magnificent view
The view is truly magnificent. The apartment has everything that one could wish for and the owners will do anything to make the guests' stay comfortable - they even move their car to a different location to make room for yours. Our only issue, and we are tall people, with the roof sloping down we had to stay bent over in the cooking area.

Fantastic views clean comfy apartment
The views over Lake Maggiore are breathtaking, the apartment is very clean and tidy. The hosts were exceptionally warm and friendly and ready to help if needed.There a lot to see in the area and at least several days are required to do it properly. The only drawbacks are that the traffic can be noisy and one needs to watch out for a couple of low roof beams.

Amazing spacious apartment with excellentl view and marvelous hosts
We greatly enjoyed our stay at Pio and Adriana's home. It provides you with a spacious living room, kitchen equipped with all possible appliance and utensils, quite and very well-cared after garden. We had our breakfasts with a breathtaking view of Lago Maggiore and a few times used BBQ for florentinian steaks. Apartment is very fresh and clean, you get a parking place and even a very friendly dog :) Intra city with grocery stores and restaraunts is approximately 10 minutes drive down the hill. Would definitely stay again! Ciao, Pio! :)

Très agréable
Le logement est grand, propre et très bien équipé. Une terrasse balcon avec vue magnifique sur le lac Majeur. Parking privé. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, discret et chaleureux. Nous recommandons ce logement qui est bien situé pour visiter les îles et villages alentours. C'était très bien !

Very good!!
We are very happy that we chose to stay at this location in Verbania. After a warm welcome from Pio and his wife we went inside and what stood out was the great view from the balcony and how clean the house was. It was thoroughly clean. The house itself was decorated nicely, with a great kitchen, well equipped bathroom and bedroom. In the house you can definitely find what you need regarding appliances, there are even maps and (handwritten!) guides of the area. Your car can be safely stored behind a closed gate leading directly into the garden. Pio is easily reachable if you need him. For us it was a great week and I would totally recommend this accommodation.

Tolle Unterkunft in super Lage
Wir hatten einige tolle Tage am Lago Maggiore. Unser Gastgeber war zum Check-In da und hat uns alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, mit allen was man braucht. Koch Utensilien sind reichlich vorhanden, das Bad ist groß und freundlich und auch der Wohnbereich ist toll. Fantastisch ist der Ausblick vom Balkon. Einziges Manko ist vielleicht die Lautstärke, da die Wohnung am Berg ist und die Motorgeräusche von vorbeifahrenden Autos etwas lauter. Da die Wohnung klimatisiert ist (Wohnbereich) kann man sich aber auch zurück ziehen. Alles in allem toll, würden wieder kommen

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Beim kochen ist alles an Geschirr vorhanden. Der Ausblick ist super. Leider keine Wohnung für Gehbehinderte. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick
Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, aber leider war es in der Nacht sehr laut, da die Straße direkt am Haus lang ging und die Autos in der Nacht bzw am Morgen fuhren. Es war sehr warm um die Jahreszeit, da aber eine Klimaanlage im Wohnraum war, konnte man die Hitze in der Nacht gut ertragen. Ein bisschen mehr Küchenutensilien, könnten bereit gestellt werden! Ansonsten ist die Ferienwohnung top!

Flot udsigt og dejlige værter
Udsigt flot, samt lejlighed meget fin og god parkering, dog med lavt til loftet i køkkenet. Der er meget støj fra vejen rundt om huset hvilket i varmen med åbne vinduer gjorde det vanskeligt med søvn. Verbania er en meget hyggelig by som er værd at besøge, bjergene omkring er også ture værd. Husk sejltur på søen.

Sehr schöne Lage mit kleinem Abstrich
Wir haben eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist git, mit dem Auto ist man in 5-10 Min. mitten in Vebrania. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, alles wie beschrieben. Die Klimaanlage schafft - wenn man sie kurzzeitig nutzen möchte - bei den Sommertemperaturen eine angenehme Erfrischung. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist grandios! Wie auf dem Foto. Die Vermieter waren äußerst nett und entgegenkommend. Danke Pio! Ein kleiner Nachteil sollte nicht verschwiegen werden: Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Haarnadelkurve am Berg. Die Straße führt zu einem kleineren, höher gelegenen Ort und wird auch häufig genutzt. Herunterschalten vor und Beschleunigen nach der Kurve sind unüberhörbar und stören ruhebedürftige Urlauber gegebenenfalls. Dennoch: Danke Pio.

Schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Sicht auf den See. Nicht für große Menschen geeignet, da besonders in der Küche die Balken sehr niedrig sind und die Kopfstoß Gefahr sehr groß ist. Höhe am Küchenarbeitsplatz ca. 1,60 m. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parken auf dem Grundstück möglich.

vacanze stupende
Casa molto bella con una vista spettacolare sul lago, molto fresca, non si è patito il caldo nemmeno nei giorni di canicola. Tutto pulito e funzionale non manca nulla c'è tutto e di più. I proprietari Pio e Adriana sono persone molto simpatiche e disponibili, non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla anzi. Il giardino è molto bello pratico e comodo c'è sole ed ombra ed un barbecue da usare, scegli tu. Il bagno con idromassaggio è rigenerante. Pranzare e cenare sul terrazzino con la vista sul lago è impagabile. Consiglio di provare perché ne vale la pena per passare delle vacanze all'insegna del riposo godendo una vista eccezionale. Complimenti a Pio ed Adriana (e anche a Penny la simpatica cagnolina che vuole solo coccole) che ci hanno fatto passare un mese stupendo.. Francesco e Liviana

Schöne große Fewo, mit allem was man braucht. Tolle Aussicht, sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Eigner.
Die Wohnung ist groß, mit schönem, überdachtem Balkon. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und auch mehr... Wir haben die Wohnung sauber und gepflegt angetroffen, die Vermieter haben uns überaus freundlich und mit einem Gruß des Hauses empfangen. Alles war wie erwartet und auch beschrieben. Die Aussicht ist wirklich grandios. Die Lage super, da im Wohngebiet oberhalb der City. Einziges Manko ist der muntere Berufsverkehr, da die Straße, die am Haus vorbeiführt, zu einem höhergelegenen Ort führt. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und wir konnten das Auto innerhalb des Grundstücks parken. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten. HG und U Lutz, im Oktober 2015
