"This is a delightfully cozy warm accommodation! We loved how the kitchen is so fully supplied with every need met from table ware/utensils to appliances (i.e. hot chocolate/tea/coffee). The loft bedroom is delightfully cozy and a comfortable be, laundry close by and lovely view. The downstairs view in the mornings is amazing across the countryside/fields, quiet, excellent temperature control and parking made it easy to settle in. "My wife and I had a most quiet and tranquil stay here. The unit was cozy, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. There were several thoughtful touches that made us feel welcomed. We understand a concern is whether the owners upstairs can be heard; we hardly ever heard them during our stay. The house’s location atop a small plateau leaves you feeling like you are not even in town. However, at the bottom of the hill in any direction you will find many conveniences. "If you like privacy and a large yard and field for the dog, this is a great place. Also only 12-15 minutes from downtown Spokane, so you can make this work under all circumstances. Lisa (host) is very responsive and easy to deal with. Would stay again if in the area."

"This property was very enjoyable. It is an older place, but don't let that fool you. It was very clean. There was snow on the ground and was very cold outside. The home was quite toasty inside! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Fantastic 3 day stay. Myself, husband, 2 daughters, 2 son in laws and 4 grandchildren ranging from 1 to 7. 10 people total. The pool was a big hit, lots of pool toys, towels and lifejackets. The house was well stocked, clean and easy entry. Communication was very prompt and friendly. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. Also extra heaters for the downstairs were provided as it was a bit chilly for the little ones. Owners were very gracious with a few requests we had. We would definitely stay...
