Nice property that needs some TLC. Still everything worked and it had good air conditioning. The staff were friendly, I slept well on the bed and the TB worked well. WiFi was OK. Veneer was peeling off the door and it needs a few other fixes but for the price, it was a bargain and clean comfortable hotel in a very good area in the port. Just a few minutes walk from the Zocalo and lots of shops restaurants and bars

Muy mal tardaron 40 min para darme una habitación la empleada de malas levantando la voz q no era su culpa mil mala atención jamas volvería a ese hotel. Sucio el baño suecias las almohadas.

El personal que entrega la habitación es grosera, además, la App dice un tipo de habitación y al final me dieron otra completamente diferente. No había ruido al llegar, en la noche, se escucha demasiado ruido y no hay manera de dormir bien, la habitación contaba con un aire acondicionado súper malo y sin tapa, estaba descuidado y sucio y se miraba todo ya que estaba en la entrada, siendo una habitación para 2, solo dieron un jabón y un shampoo en bolsas muy chiquitas. No había frigobar como decía aquí y tampoco una secadora de cabello, tal como marcaba esta App. Fue una experiencia desagradable. No recomendable.
