El hotel ya no cuenta con ningún servicio está como abandonado no hay tv, restaurante, las albercas muy sucias, en los cuartos no hay agua caliente. De plano mal y quien reembolsable lo que cobran si no lo tienes.

No les recomiendo este hotel ni para dormir
Tengan mucho cuidado, pues las imágenes que publican están obsoletas. La alberca tiene moho por todas partes, se ve que no le dan mantenimiento, sólo estuvimos 3 horas en la alberca y fue suficiente para que mis sobrinos tuvieran infección en los ojos. El agua está rezagada pues huele muy mal. En la habitación hay cucarachas. No tienen planta de luz de respaldo, y uno se queda sin A/C y luz durante el tiempo que falla la luz. Los camastros están descuidados y las instalaciones en general también lo están. Y el personal que te recibe es atento pero no resuelven ninguna situación que se presente, así que uno se queda con el problema ya que nadie responde por lo que ahí sucede.

Sin WIFI, sin señal de television y con un servicio pobre en todos los aspectos. El hotel carece de mantenimiento. Uno espera recibir y ver lo que se anuncia en internet pero cuando se esta allí no se recibe nada de lo que uno pago más que aire acondicionado y una cama decente para dormir.

Muy mal el hotel muy descuidado, no había todo lo que ofrecen, desde la botellita de agua, la tv no se veía bien, el aire dejo funcionar una noche, no había el aparato telefónico en la habitación, la regadera se goteaba. nos cambiaron de habitación y esta también tenia fallas, no funcionaba el lava manos.... etc etc etc.... muy mala experiencia en este hotel

Hotel en decadencia
El hotel está en abandono, el lobby tiene polvo sobre las mesas, no se ha dado mantenimiento a la pintura, el restaurante no funciona, la alberca está sucia, el pasto no se corta, está desordenado, no funciona el aire acondicionado, no hay agua caliente, las sábanas parecen muy viejas, las almohadas huelen a perfume ajeno, sólo hay una cama King size en todo el hotel, el personal es escaso e ineficiente. En definitiva no es un buen lugar para hospedarse, está muy abandonado.

Pésimas condiciones de limpieza, conservación y se
PÉSIMO!!!! Las condiciones de conservación, limpieza y servicio del hotel son deplorables y para nada corresponden con lo publicado y tarifa, me fué asignada una primer habitación la cual ademas de encontrarla abierta antes de ocuparla la ropa de cama estaba muy sucia y con cabellos, y mecanismo de la tasa del baño no funcionaba, al reportar esto me asignan otra habitación en donde de igual manera la ropa de cama (fundas y sabanas) y toallas presentaban manchas de liquidos amarillos y de rimel de ojos, instalaciones de baño salpicados y manchados con un liquido azul, ademas de que el aire acondicionado desprendía un olor fétido y desagradable. Por otro lado escasa o nula iluminación en pasillos y zona de acceso y cruce a habitaciones (alrededor de alberca) por falta de personal a dicho del recepcionista. al reemplazarme tanto la ropa de cama como toallas estas estaban tambien en condiciones de desgate manchadas y vieja. En General condiciones y servicio de este Hotel nada recomendables!!!

Para llegar a la playa hay que caminar por el jardín que le falta mucha iluminación, además hay que cruzar una carretera para entrar a la playa. El gerente del hotel es un grosero prepotente, y comentan las empleadas que las acosa sexualmente.

Nunca se hospeden ahí
Mi experiencia fue muy mala. No cumplieron con los requerimientos solicitados (cama king size) y nos dieron dos camas matrimoniales. También nos pusieron en un cuarto que olía mucho a humedad y con una fuga en el baño, y cuando pedimos un cambio nos dieron que no había más habitaciones disponibles. Pedí hablar con el Gerente y no estaba y no había nadie que cumpliera las funciones del mismo. Me comuniqué con Hoteles.com quienes tampoco pudieron hacer nada ya que no había persona que tomara decisiones en el establecimiento. Solicité no hicieran el cargo para buscar otro hotel que por el mismo precio diera mejor servicio y tampoco tuve una respuesta favorable. NUNCA SE HOSPEDEN AHI, en general el hotel es muy viejo y muy feo. Nada con las fotos que ahí ponen.

Pésimo Hotel
Desde la recepción fue pésimo el servicio, no tenían mi reserva en el mostrador, tuve que pagar la habitación en efectivo pq no tenían registrado mi reserva, a pesar que les mostré mi comprobante, me asignan mi habitación doblemente pagad y para sorpresa al abrir e cuarto, esta ocupado!!!!! Una vergüenza para nosotros y para los ocupantes de la habitación, después de 30 min nos asignan otra habitación en el ultimo piso, sin elevador y hasta el final del pasillo sucio y oscuro, en muy mal estado en general el hotel. y del trato del personal de la noche de recepción nada bueno que decir. en general UNA MALA EXPERIENCIA.

El hotel no es lo que se presenta por Internet
El hotel fue decepcionante, los cuartos dan muy mal aspecto, la ropa de cama está percudida (sucia), las toallas en muy mal estado y descoloridas que dan un aspecto de estar sucias, el baño con el piso super percudido, la regadera tapada por falta de mantenimiento, para que pudiera salir agua caliente se tenía que dejar abierta la llave por un lapso muy largo y por consecuencia el desperdicio de agua, en términos generales al hotel le hace falta mantenimiento en general. RECOMENDARIAMOS A EXPEDIA QUE SACARA DE SU LISTA A ESTE HOTEL, PORQUE ES DESPRESTIGIO PARA USTEDES.
