It is a peaceful place, located within a family-friendly residential area, on a quiet cul-de-sac with no noise or traffic. It’s close to a protected lagoon known for its bird species and flamingos, as well as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, veterinary clinic, bike rentals, bus stop, hiking trails, and mountains with panoramic views.
Just 900 meters from the sea and naturist areas,
and only 5 minutes from the Vera Water Park.
A place to feel better than at home, with all the comforts—but on vacation.

Estancia en zona tranquila
El apartamento estaba limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días agradables, hemos estado cómodos y la zona es muy tranquila. Guillermo ha sido muy atento con nosotros, no tenemos ninguna queja. Si volviéramos a Almería repetiriamos sin duda.

Un piso muy completo con muchos detalles y preocupación por el medio ambiente, me ha gustado la estancia. El casero ha sido muy amable. Por poner alguna pega, el piso está ubicado frente a una playa nudista, pero si andas unos metros encuentras otra playa.
