5. Private Pool: Take a dip in our pool and feel refreshed. It is 9 meters long by 4.5 meters wide, you can even swim! It has two depths, one for children (1m) and one for adults (1.5m)

💰Security deposit: In addition to the amount charged by the website, the tenant must pay R$1,500 as a security deposit upon arrival. This amount will be refunded within 3 working days after the tenant leaves via bank transfer after deducting energy and water consumption and possible damage to the property.
