In Ver-sur-Mer, we offer you this charming 90 m² house less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom and a 1,000 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

Emji Malheureusement je confirme les commentaires précédents : le prix demandé pour cette location est complètement déconnecté de la prestation. Nous avons eu beaucoup de soucis techniques pour nous installer (en commençant par la boîte à clef bloquée et la porte d’entrée difficile à fermer à clef). Aucune instruction d’utilisation du four ou de la machine . Mais surtout un espace vraiment minuscule. Nous étions 6 et c’est bien le maximum possible dans cette maison (nous avons eu la chance d’avoir beau temps). Il n’y a qu’un seule toilette dans l’unique salle de bain. La chambre du bas est vraiment limite pour une location avec un poster cachant partiellement le compteur de l à maison au pied du lit et donc la lumière du linky qui clignote jour et nuit. La fenêtre de cette chambre est impossible à ouvrir ainsi que les rideaux… l’extérieur est très peu présentable. j’ai porté réclamation via Airbnb en fin de séjour et n’ai jamais eu de retour de l’agence

Emji "Maison très bien placée et qui a du charme. Par contre, elle est très sale et peu entretenue (toiles d'araignées, moisissures). La vaisselle a du être relavée à notre arrivée ainsi que la cuisine, la salle de bain (brosse pour les toilettes noire de crasse) et les placards afin de pouvoir poser nos affaires. La ménage n'avait pas du être fait (poussière, sols, vitres, barbecue...) malgré une serpillière sale cachée dans un placard. Les couettes et oreillers sont dans un état douteux, de couleur plutôt jaune. Beaucoup trop d'humidité (eau ruisselante sur les vitres et au sol). En plus de l'ampoule au plafond dans la douche (sécurité ?), il y a un compteur Linky dans la chambre du bas (dangereux puisqu'il y a des ondes : mal de tête toute la semaine). Le WC du RDC est à l'extérieur (non précisé dans l'annonce). Je ne recommande pas ce bien; le prix est exorbitant par rapport à la qualité du logement. C'est un scandale de louer un logement dans un état aussi sale. A fuir !"
