SALT Deluxe Villa

SALT Deluxe Villa is an energy-efficient smart house perched atop the Inlet View Rd 'dunes'. The villa offers a warm and inviting space, ideally suited for couples seeking pure rest and relaxation.
SALT offers two accommodation options: a One Bedroom Deluxe Villa, and a Deluxe Bungalow (booked separately), conveniently situated on a sealed road, with an easy 600m stroll to the Venus Bay café, bar, and shops, and only 700m to the beach.

SALT's Deluxe Villa features barefoot luxury at its finest. Smart and elegant, it offers everything at your fingertips for carefree holiday living, including:
- A superbly appointed and well-stocked cook's kitchen.
- Spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower.

- Separate laundry and guest toilet.
- Indoor/outdoor terrace lounge.
- Swim Spa (heated when daytime temperature average over 20c).
- Luggage and Supplies Elevator (accompanied use only).
Experience the delightful birdlife from the fully screened (no mosquitoes!) outdoor lounge and theatre. You'll feel as if you're in an aviary, watching the birdlife come and go from the surrounding bush. The outdoor living area also features a home theatre digital projector, with streaming services from AppleTV, Netflix, Stan, and YouTube Premium included.

If the weather turns chilly, simply close the powered roller shutters, activate the floor heating, and enjoy the big screen. Alternatively, continue watching indoors on the lounge or bedroom Smart TVs.
A heated Swim Spa is also at your disposal. If you prefer not to visit the beach, relax in a jet spa or swim against the jets for a workout. No hassle.
As SALT is atop a dune, you'll have assisted access to our Funicular (incline elevator) to transport your luggage and personal items.
Intelligent Design:
SALT boasts many thermal and energy-saving features to ensure your stay is comfortable:
- Polished concrete floors with hydronic heating provide warmth and comfort year-round.
- Built from Clinka Insulated masonry, with a fully insulated concrete slab, offering a solid and comforting feel to the building.
- Heat Recovery Ventilation eliminates the need to open windows for fresh air, as air is continuously replaced. Fresh coastal air drawn into the house is warmed by stale air leaving the building, resulting in no odors, no humidity buildup, and constant warmth.
- Smart lighting with voice control, motion sensing, and wireless switches throughout.
Your stay will be private and undisturbed. However, we live close by and can provide assistance and advice if required.
