Soak in two private hot tubs after a relaxing day of outdoor adventures. Find ideal surf breaks, windsurfing, and fishing nearby. You're also within a short distance of several golf courses, scenic Ojai, and the remarkable Channel Islands National Park.
LIVING AREA
Find open living and dining areas in each unit, offering a great flow for entertaining. Plush sofas invite you to unwind while dinner simmers. The second unit also has a 32in TV with Roku.
Both units feature a handsome bonus room with comfortable sofas and a cozy upstairs loft perfect for a quiet afternoon read. Enjoy a movie night in the bonus room of the first unit, equipped with a 32in TV.
KITCHENS & DINING
Craft delicious home-cooked meals in both units with well-equipped kitchens, fully stocked with all the gadgets and cookware you might need.
When it's time to eat, a dining table in each unit seats four; a breakfast bar in the first unit seats two.
BED & BATH
The primary suite is furnished with a plush king bed, while the second bedroom holds a queen bed. The third and fourth bedrooms are both furnished with two twin beds.
The bathroom in the first unit is equipped with a glass-enclosed tub/shower combination. The bathroom in the second unit features basket weave tile and a spacious walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Take in gorgeous palm-studded sunsets on the private patios, each with plenty of spots to enjoy a cold beverage. An outdoor shower is handy for rinsing off after a fun-filled beach day, and the patio of the second unit includes a grill and alfresco dining for four.
Both units have their own private hot tub.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer in each unit, and parking for three cars in two driveways are provided. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Paid parking is available in the State Beach Park across the street.
This duplex rental is the perfect spot to enjoy relaxation. However, it is unsuitable for loud after-hours socializing. A 10pm noise curfew is strictly enforced.
Although the rentals are not equipped with air-conditioning, it is rarely needed with Ventura's mild summer weather.
The City of Venture requires a minimum stay of seven nights for all vacation rentals during the period beginning on the second Friday in June and ending with the last Friday in August.

San Buenaventura State Beach is 200 yards from your door! The 1,600' Ventura Pier is 1.1 miles away, while nice waves can be found at Surfers' Point (a 1.6-mile drive).
Explore the natural grandeur of Channel Islands National Park; boats leave year-round from Ventura Harbor (2.5 miles away).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
