The spacious open plan living area with room to lounge and dine, includes a cozy wood fire, large flat-screen TV, and split-system air conditioning to ensure comfort year-round. The living area opens to a large merbau deck, overlooking a fully enclosed grassed backyard – ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation.

The European-style kitchen is a chef’s dream featuring a 5-burner cooker, dishwasher, and marble benchtops.

The property offers a luxurious bathroom featuring a clawfoot bathtub, separate shower, and toilet – perfect for relaxation after a day on the beach. An additional toilet can also be found in the fully equipped laundry (washer/dryer/ironing board).
