The entire front desk team and concierge were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The cleanliness of the room was beyond our expectations, and the breakfast in the morning was complete and nutritional. What struck us most, however, was the hotel's reputation among the locals. Every time we mentioned the hotel's name to anyone in Palermo, their response was and full of fond memories.
