"Needs daily cleaning especially emptying the bins in the room. No lift so it was difficult to carry luggages to the third floor. Very limited time opening with reception. You need to be in Bossonet before 7:45 pm to catch the last village bus back to the hotel if you are in the village. They serve good food options at a very reasonable price."

"The staff here are very helpful. There is a spa/pool. It is ski in/out. We had an apartment for 8 with mountain views; this consisted of a main bedroom with ensuite, a second double bed bedroom and 2 sets of bunk beds with a curtain. The apartment was spacious and I would recommend it."

"2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!"

"Great base, short walk to town centre and 5 minutes to ski lifts. We had young children and the walk from the lifts back to the accommodation with skis was too much, so worth renting a locker at the ski lifts"

"The Abbaye is a great venue with amazing views of the lake and is so peaceful. We had a fabulous room with views of the lake and mountains, long balcony, comfortable bed everythingyou need in the room. The staff were great helpful and approachable. The Spa facilities are good we had it to ourselves as this is out of season. We had a lovely 4 day stay. "
