"The property was roomy, clean, and conveniently located. We found it to be sparse with regard to linens, however. There was one towel per guest. One dish towel in the kitchen. The apartment could be better with more comfortable mattresses and pillows."

"The apartment is one in a maze of apartment buildings and was hard to find. The problem was made worst by extensive road repairs that closed the most logical streets into the building. Our GPS was stumped and could not get us in. The property manager only speaks French and we only English so that was hard but we overcame that. The apartment had ZERO towels and ,face clothes. We sent a text in French to the manager and he said they were in the apartment but they were not and he chose not to...

There was a funeral and it was an exceptional circumstance. She spoke to the police, escorted us to the station and translated for us. I do not know what I would have done without her! "A clean, spacious, well appointed apartment, a 30 minute walk from the city area. From a guest’s perspective there were many little things missing which we’ve come to expect from our many short stay vacations eg A ‘Welcome to my House’ booklet explaining how to use the appliances and other features. Simple issues could easily be fixed if the guest knew how to work them eg dishwasher, key lock and heaters. Easily fixed if given an explanation of use, in the guest’s language. "What's not to love?!!!! We were in France for 16 days and visited and stayed in a few cities and Vrbo's! My party of three agreed that the location and the service ( champagne) were the tops for us!!! And that included Paris. We so enjoyed our talk with Nadange, she is warm and welcoming and professional. If we return to Reims we will stay with her again. We found France to be quite beautiful, friendly and of course full of history and amazing architecture."
