"Our family stayed just four nights and it was clearly not enough time to fully appreciate the house and its setting on the Riviera. Spacious and well kept, the house is an architectural gem terraced into the landscape. Save for the rusty railings (please paint these!), the house is in good shape with manicured gardens, pathways, a great pool and shared access to the water. "The property was clean in terms of dust, but dirty in terms of everything else. The dishes that were in the cabinets were not clean. There was an awful smell of a dead animal in the walls or something in the bathroom, so the windows had to stay open. The drawers in the dresser had a bad smell and were not clean as well. Would give 3/5 stars just because the view, location, and the terrace were all phenomenal. Also, be warned, there are many steps to get to the place; don't pack a 50lb suitcase...

"Lovely house with incredible views of Rapallo. We did a self check in as we arrived quite late and found it quite easy to find the property and let ourselves in. The house is on a hill top and the road is a bit narrow but doable even in a fairly big car. The house was spotless, clean bedlinen and towels were provided. "The apartment was extremely clean, well equipped and mostly private. Not sure if the apartment above is a rental but the people were extremely noisy. Check in was a bit of an issue as the sat nav said we had arrived and we were still about a mile away. Luckily we texted the manager and he came and found us. The pool was beautiful and the manager came most days to clean it and sweep the garden. I would certainly recommend staying here. Oh, and the view was exceptional. Thank you"
