"Das Checkin war unnötig kompliziert. Wir hatten keine BestätigungsEmail erhalten. Die telefonisch erreichte Servicemitarbeiterin empfand ich als unhöflich und nicht hilfreich. Die mietgeteilte eMailadresse, an die ich dann unnötigerweise eine Kopie des Personalausweis senden sollte, war nicht erreichbar, bzw. die Servicemitarbeiterin schaffte es nicht, mir die richtige eMailadresse mitzuteilen. Die Luft im Appartement war schlecht. Bei ausgeschalteter Lüftung roch es nach Rauch. Im Bad waren...

"Sehr gemütlich und schön gelegen. Alles war in der nahe Zentrum Osnabrück ist 7 Autominuten entfernt. Aber ein grosser Supermarkt ist 3 Minuten von der schönen Wohnung entfernt. Es war auch möglich das wir das Haus früher betreten konnten als auf der Beschreibung angegeben. Norbert und seine Frau waren die freundlichsten und diese Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt und viele Grüse. Paul und Brigitte"

"Die Wohnung ist ausgeschrieben für bis zu 6 Personen. Es gibt ein Kinderzimmer mit einem Hochbett (Bett oben und unten), ein Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett) und im Wohnzimmer eine Schlafcouch. Wir sind als Familie mit 5 Personen angereist und es hat für uns völlig ausgereicht! Da ich vorab noch Fragen hatte, schrieb ich eine Nachricht an den Vermieter und wurde zeitnah und sehr freundlich zurückgerufen. Somit konnte der Urlaub beginnen. Vor Ort wurden wir von den Eltern des Vermieters sehr freundlich...

"Instructions on how to get into the building were unclear. There is no A/C and no fans so very hard to sleep, asked for a fan the first day that we arrived they said they would bring next day but never showed up or apologise for not coming."
