"Beautiful hotel with good amenities. Staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is good. View is not the same as pictures as you are on the third floor: Elevator access is more like a true lift/dumbwaiter. Would be difficult for a claustrophobic person to ride up. Can be hard if you have lots of luggage. Venice is just hard to get around and this is midway along either vaporetto route. "

"This is a nice hotel that is difficult to find at first. There is a restaurant by the same name near the hotel location where Google maps took me. We couldn't locate it so we went inside the restaurant thinking it was connected but the hostess let us know it wasn't and told us how to get to it. Venice is full of stairs and carrying luggage from the train station to the hotel was quite the workout- however, that was not on the hotel it was just on us for lack of research.
