"Really enjoyed this hotel. Great location, 10 min walk to station and bus station. Lots of shops and food places around two great pizza places within 2 min walk. A very cheap supermarket in the alley next door. Room spacious and clean, hot water, great view to canal. Fridge and safe and bottle of bubbly in room. "The apartment was incredibly comfortable. The air, the wifi, the beds, all A quality!! The check in process was easy and the staff were super helpful. Rooms separate with a door which was great! Convenient to all shops and restaurants. You can catch a water taxi right outside the door! Beautiful."

"Hotel bien situé à 5mn a pieds de la gare. Chambre spacieuses avec machine à café. Petit déjeuner correct et varié. Nous avions pris deux chambres, une donnait sur la rue, spacieuse et lumineuse. L'autre donnait sur un mur , obligé d'allumer les lumières en plein jour. Le point vraiment négatif est le bruit, les chambres étant très très mal isolées, on entendait le voisin ronflé ! Moyen pour un 4 etoiles."

"Staff is not so nice, never asked if we were ok in the room, no cooling air conditioner just warming which We think we should have had more than one choices, so we had to open the windows to sleep. We spent two nights in the property and they never cleaned the room. The shower area is very small that I can’t ever wash my hair comfortable. The safe box is super old and no very reliable. Only few international tv channels, a lot of local channels. Not worthy! I would not recommend the property...

"We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this well located hotel. Only steps from the famous Rialto bridge, water bus and gondola rides. The staff was excellent. They even arranged a free water taxi ride to Murano and paid our entry into the glass factory. The room is small but nothing to complain about."

"The property is beautiful and the room was amazing. Very clean with housekeeping meeting our every need. The staff at the Front Desk cannot do enough for you, they are AMAZING, and feel like family. The staff in the breakfast room provide the best breakfast anywhere, and their attention to detail is exceptional. This is my favorite hotel ANYWHERE!!!!!! I can't wait to go back each year. Ciao, and Mille Grazia!!!!"

"Large and comfortable room, nice and quiet in the island of Murano, with the Museo stop for the vaporetto right at the door. Service was excellent, they had the beautiful detail of gifting me with a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday, nice! The personnel at the desk provide you with all info you need. It has a restaurant for breakfast and dinner, not sure for lunch. Stan and Ricky from the bar were great and lots of fun, they celebrated my BDay with music and dance. Thank you all!"
