"Beautiful property with very large modern rooms. It has everything we needed and was right in the middle of Venice so very close to return during the day for a break. Even though it is in the middle of things, it was very quiet and felt very secluded. Our lounge and kitchen overlooked the canal which was very nice if spending some time in the room. "The actual stay was excellent, once we had accessed the property. Unfortunately Expedia do not allow other companies such as Numa to access their customers emails and mobiles. This was a problem because Numa send their access information, including codes to the property via WhatsApp. We turned up at the building unable to enter. Eventually, after excellent communication with Numa (and a helpful young couple!) we were able to access the property and had no further problems. The property is right...
