"Our stay was great as to Marriott. Upon check in everyone was great. The issue was with the neighbors in the next room- we were awakened by loud laughing and talking right outside our door- it went on for 1/2 hour- random banging on doors- etc. since we were on the second floor so close to the lobby I was very surprised it went on as long as it did. They were not kids- it was all adult behavior. Once they finally gave up it was a peaceful night"

"This property was once a convention center, it is quite lovely. It is old and tired, but My room was clean as was the rest of the hotel that I walked through. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Breakfast is simple and Continental, but to expect a full breakfast with meat options at this price point is basically ridiculous. If I want a luxury stay with a full buffet breakfast, I will spend $100 more and go to a newer Holiday inn. I prefer to be a little spend thrifty and hit McDonald's down the road. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. Parking was easy. People that are complaining about feeling unsafe here are more than likely uncomfortable around people that do not look like them. This hotel does have a multicultural clientele and staff, which I think makes certain people uncomfortable. I felt extremely safe and the price point is perfect for me."
