Sit in the sunroom and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the wildlife around the lake. Take a walk amongst the beautiful Oak lined streets. At night, entertain in the chef's kitchen. This villa has a little something for everyone! Complete with: beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear and additional guest linens. The villa has 2 spacious primary suites that each have their own private bathrooms attached.
The Community pool and Clubhouse is steps away when you feel like a dip in the pool. 10-15 minutes drive to Caspersen Beach, Venice Beach, Manasota Beach (best place to find shark's teeth), Nokomis Beach, Venice Fishing Pier and South Jetty. 10 minutes drive to Walmart, Costco, Target, Starbucks and downtown Venice shops. There are outstanding golfing and fishing opportunities for everyone to enjoy.
