Beautiful spacious apartment in an old palazzo completely restored, overlooking the canal of Cannaregio. 40sqm with balcony, dinning area, large kitchen with a second dinning area, two bedrooms (one with own balcony to the canal) 2 bathrooms with shower and washing machine. 3 TV one in salone and two in both bedrooms, air con, 12 windows, very bright.
Feel the real atmosphere of Venice, First floor, very easy access, 5 min from the main station without stairs, 10min from Rialto

The apartment is very spacious (100sqm) and has typical Venezian floors, classic entrance and 12 windows in total. A mix of antique and high level furnitures, luxury equipped kitchen, king size beds, all TV's are ambilight and compatible with smart phones, super fast wifi with 200MB / sec.

Check in was a breeze and host let us drop off bags early, as well as texted us suggestions of places to eat/ see/ do. They even stocked the fridge with basic necessities and the bathrooms and more than just basic items. Would stay here again!

Eclectic elegance in Canneregio
Eclectic mix of modern and traditional Venetian furniture, amenities and accessories! The apartment is in an excellent area with a beautiful view. Close to wonderful restaurants, markets, bakeries, and away from the touristy areas. Felt like a local for a few special days. Highly recommend! Host was really helpful and made us feel like home.

Short stay, but had some requests of the owner that they gladly accommodated. Very easy to communicate and work with! Extra special amenities provided at the VRBO which made our stay perfect! The location could not be better! On a canal near restaurants and close to train station.

Amazing Location. Fabulous Apartment
Hard to beat this apartment a short 9 minute walk from the train station, on the canal with a private balcony. The host was wonderful and left coffee, milk, juice and yogurt to get us started on our stay and gave us many great recommendations.

The apartment was just as pictured! Very comfortable beds. We were met by Alessia who was wonderful in helping us know the area and recommended places to eat and see as well as the water taxis. The location was excellent for dining shopping and the water taxis!! We had the most wonderful amazing time in Venice!!

We had an amazing time in Venice!!! The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. Loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the water. The host was fantastic and gave us a lot of recommendations for food, transportation, and shopping. Amazing Apartment!!!!
We could not have chosen a better place to stay in Venice!!! The location was perfect, as if was on a non crowded street, but a very short walk to everything. Only a seven minute walk from the train station and overlooking a canal. Apartment was spotless and absolutely gorgeous inside. The air conditioning in every room was so appreciated during the hot weather. Our host Ali was incredibly responsive and helpful and made check in and check out so easy! If we ever make it back to Venice, this is the only place we will stay.

Perfect stay in Venezia
We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment, which was a short walk from the train station and located minutes away from all the tourist sites. Just a short walk to the Rialto Bridge and San Marcos Square, we enjoyed the vibrant and less touristy neighborhood, with restaurants and cafes. The apartment was beautiful and spacious, and we all had plenty of room for comfort. Alessia, the cohost, met us on site and welcomed all of us to Casa Agostina Venezia. A definite 5 starts and we cannot wait to come back.

We were so pleased with this Apartment in Venezia. It is centrally located on a canal with delicious, cute coffee shops and restaurant right down the stairs. Martin co host Ale was wonderful. She provided us suggestions and contacts for everything we wanted to see and do. Ale was a wealth of knowledge. Everything in the apartment is very well thought out and very clean but with Italian charm and character. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful stay.
This was our first visit to Venice and booking this property made the trip absolutely wonderful. Prior to arrival, Martin and Alessia helped us with recommendations and detailed information about organizing parking and using the water bus system. The property location is situated in a less busy area, overlooking the canal, yet close to many tourist attractions. The water busses are nearby for easy access to further activities. The apartment itself is lovely, spacious, well renovated but keeping the charm of an historical experience. Very clean, high ceilings, two full bathrooms, full kitchen and dining, large family room. The amount of space was a welcome surprise. Alessia was accommodating as we were travelling by car and our arrival timing was somewhat unpredictable. Her restaurant and sight seeing suggestions were very helpful. We had a great trip and highly recommend this property.

Lovely apartment, fantastic location
We only stayed 3 nights in Venice and we’re so glad we stayed in this lovely apartment. The apartment is beautifully appointed, very true to the pictures and care has been put into the experience of the guests. Great guides have been left on where to eat, walk and what to do while in Venice and we found all the suggestions from the guide and our contact Aleissia spot on. Cannaregio itself is a great neighbourhood, just two streets away from the hustle and bustle, but quiet and feels away from the extreme tourism of Venice. When you wake up and look over the canal in the morning it really does feel like another world. Definitely would recommend this apartment when staying in Venice.

Bellissima!
This property was perfect and gave us a feel like we had stepped back in time yet was well equipped with all the modern needs such as fridge/freezer, dishwasher and even consumables including water, coffee, dish, and bath soap. The view of the canal was priceless, which also made it easy to take a private water taxi from the airport direct to the front of the property as it is also in a very convenient location being a short walking distance to the train station, water taxi stops. Our host Alessia was amazing! She kept in constant communication with us, helping arrange a private water taxi and recommendations for places to eat and shop for real Murano glass as we did not have the time to make it over to Murano. Being a family of three, having two separate bathrooms was great along with having a TV in the rooms for our son to watch Netflix. Besides this property being just amazing we can’t say enough about Alessia as she went above and beyond including meeting us the morning, we departed by train for Florence offering to hold our luggage for us if needed, restaurant recommendations in Florence and later after we left going back and logging our son out of his Netflix account. Overall, we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Venice, it is well worth it!

Beautiful views, great location (especially to train station), and lovely accommodations. Communication went smoothly to gain access and departing the property. It was quiet overnight to get a good nights sleep. Highly recommend!
