You just need to open the windows to admire the gondolas passing by before your very eyes and an outstanding view on Venetian roofs.
Recently restored, with exposed wooden beams and classy furniture, the accommodation has a living room, fully equipped kitchen with
all appliances you might need, 3 bathrooms, a spacious double bedroom with bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds and bathroom, can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
To give you all the comfort you need during a holiday, the apartment is equipped with wi-fi access, air conditioning, Smart TV, iron and hairdryer.
Located between Campo San Giovanni e Paolo, you will be a 12-minute walk from both Piazza San Marco and 9 minutes to Rialto Bridge. There are few vaporetto stops (San Zaccaria, Fondamente Nove and Ospedale) within waking distance and from there you can reach Marco Polo airport, Santa Lucia train station and other islands of the lagoon such as Murano, Burano, Torcello and the Lido.
Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. It is possible to arrange a late check-in but is subject to agreement and with an extra. The tourist tax needs to be paid at the check-in and amounts to € 5 per person per night. Pets are not allowed.

Beautiful Property for most part but inscurate
I want to preface this review saying that the rental was very beautiful, spacious and clean. However, our group did not have a good experience with the assistant who set us up. Before arriving to the rental he was very eager and persistent on finding out when we would arrive which was frustrating as we were trying to coordinate our travel from the train station to the stay. On arrival he informed us the elevator was broken, leading us to go up many flights of stairs with heavy luggage. I made sure to reach out to the owner in advance to ensure it is in working order since my parents are elderly and have issues going up many flights of stairs, especially over a long stay. I mentioned this to the assistant that I had reached out prior regarding a working elevator and expressed my frustration as I’d now have to book another hotel for my parents. Once I expressed my frustration he said he’d have to check with the owner and stepped away for a few minutes. When he returned miraculously the elevator had no issues. Also, when we checked in we realized all of the windows were swung wide open. We eventually closed them, however, it was too late as we got bit by mosquitos throughout our whole stay. We did our best to kill all the mosquitos but since the stay is large it was nearly impossible. This was a very uncomfortable situation for us all. The amenities were misleading as there is no microwave, no working Wi-Fi and the AC wasn’t working well. We reached out but never heard back
